I wanted to gather the stuff we've been discussing over the last few months together in one place for easy digestion. If anything changes, I'll update this post too. Luckily, it's a pretty short post. :-)
Philosophy
Drama Llama is a small, friendly guild. We have a bunch of highly skilled players and so will progress through the endgame content, but we emphasize having fun in a relaxed atmosphere over hardcore progression. We don't do class quotas, raid attendance tallies or anything like that. The only requirements are a) act like a decent adult human being and b) if you want to participate in Drama Llama raids, come prepared gear and knowledge-wise (see below).
Recruiting
Guild recruiting is currently closed. Exceptions are made for former members of Left Hand Black and eXtinction Services, as well as for real-life family members. If you bring in a family member, you're responsible for their behavior.
Loot
"Role" here refers to whether you are DPSing, tanking or healing.
If you need a piece of loot that drops for the role you came in and you haven't gotten a piece of loot for that role yet this run, roll Need on it. Otherwise, pass.
If everyone has passed and none of the people in that role want the item, then speak up in chat and we'll /roll for offset loot. Getting offset loot doesn't count towards your one piece per run- we'd rather see it used than sharded.
The raid leader will be master-looting and calling for rolls after a boss is downed.
Raiding
Watch the video strats for the fights. All of 'em. If you haven't, NC will come to your house and pee on your stuff.
Everyone who's on time gets a shot at being in the raid. If we have too many of a role for the available slots, we roll for 'em (ex: 3 tanks for 2 tanking spots means the tanks all roll).
Bring alts if you want to- just be sure they are ready gear-wise.
Don't be afraid to ask questions if you're not sure what's going on!
Gearing for Naxx10
These are more targets for newly minted level 80s to shoot for than arbitrary gear cutoffs.
Mods For Raiding
Required: Deadly Boss Mods and Omen
Optional, but highly recommended for dps in particular: Recount (hard to improve your game if you don't know how you're doing)

- DPS: You should be able to pull around 1500 dps. If you don't know what your dps is, run a meter like Recount and check your single-target dps during boss fights.
Target Dummy's are also a pretty good way to gauge your DPS. Remember that your DPS will increase based on the types of raid members you have - but 1500 DPS on the target dummy will translate into a lot more on the boss!
Yes, 1500 on a dummy will be probably 400 higher on bosses in raids, much more in 25man's.
The reason for the minimum is not that we want everyones output to be 1500 but we want it to be over 2K with buffs in a 10man, and more like 3.5-4K in 25man.
Healers: No One Dies. If guildies continuously die in raids, then we should start looking into setting minimum stats for raid invites. Until then, all healers should work towards at least 75% of your healing spec gear be itemlevel 175 or T6 equivelent. << similar rules we had back in eXS... heh>>
Note: Healing meters (recount) do not tell the full story of healing. The only meter a healer should worry about is (#1) Number of Raid Member Deaths, (#2) Number of Decurses/Cures and (#3) Amount of Time the Healer Spent Below 15% Mana. Other factors such as: (#4)HPS and (#5)Overhealing will only be a concern if #1, #2 and/or #3 become an issue. Which they should not.
All healers should be required to perform class specific actions without provocation. All healers should have a food buff. Druids always Paw & BRez. Pallys always Wis/Might/Kings & Aura. Shamans always Mana Tide (if specced).
MAIN: VineHorn (80 resto + boom Alc), ALT1: VineDarkhorn (70 hunter); ALT2:VineTempest (80 JC only - semi retired toon), ALT3: VineThorn (55 dk)Yeah, I didn't meant to sound like I was trying to make arbitrary gear cutoffs; this is more for people's general knowledge who're new to a role and not sure what to shoot for in order to be effective. 3/4 of ilevel 175 sounds like a pretty reasonable rule of thumb.

Pav, you are right bro. We need some kind of guidelines. 75% i175 should be a good rule. 50-75% i200 should be in effect for ObSanct (+dragons) or for the final 2 Naxx bosses. Just my opinion...
Its pretty easy to understand how much DPS or Def folks need, but it's hard as hell to determine how much +healing vs +haste vs +mp5 healers need. Shoot, I still don't know my stat goals for my pally. (jk).
:-)
Also a couple of add-ons should be mandatory for raiding as well.
DBM notifies you when a boss is going to do something, or you have a certain debuffs, etc. DBM shows on screen timers letting you now ahead of time before a boss does a certain ability, or a certain phase is going to happen. It comes in very handy, especially if you don't know the fight as well. Plus it gives the raid leader a break from having to squawk every 30 seconds for some one to switch, or move when they get injected, etc.
OMEN, OMEN,OMEN. Everyone needs OMEN. Omen is a threat meter. If your DPS and Omen shows your #1 on the threat list, chances are you will DIE!! OT's need this as well. specially on a boss(Patchwerk) where he/she has to stay 2nd on threat for the hateful strikes. it makes it easy for them to see where they are on the threat chart. IF you see your about to overcome the MT in threat, you need to either slack off the DPS, or you high threat abilites, down to even auto attacking for a few secs,FD,etc. Would you rather be #1 on the DPS charts and possibly wipe the raid, or slack the DPS for a few seconds so that every lives and we win?
Tanks definitley need omen. That's just a given, if not then it's just fail. Omen for the tanks is just as important as being defense capped.
Good call, Khali. Updating the OP.
Main: Pavlov (Death Knight) | Alts: We are legion.Found a website (www.license-to-kill.org) that lists minimum requirements for Naxx, Obsid Sanct and VoA. I like the Healing requirements of Ob Sanct and we should add these to our DL healing:
Minimum Requirement for Healers
Healers should have at least 1500 Bonus Heal and
170 MP5 (mana regeneration while in combat)
FYI: This is what the website says about other classes:
Minimum Requirement for Tanks
Defense Rating at least: 540 (Defense Cap)
Health: 26k
Armor: 22k+
Minimum Requirement for DPS class
All dps class should have at least more than 1.5k dps.
Classes whose dps depends on Attack Power should have at least 2.7k Attack Power.
Classes whose dps depends on Spell Power should have at least 1400 Spell Power.
Dps should have at least 80% towards the hit cap.
Note that it is possible to down the boss with a few dps in the raid with less than 1.5k dps but then the fight becomes intense as the healers will run out of mana healing for longer time.
